D Solutions was founded in 1988 by managing partner, Dinah Olanoff.
Originally from Philadelphia, Dinah moved to New England permanently
in 1982.
She vividly recalls the early days of being in business. “I
got started with a vision of being the best creative resource any
company could find. I knew I could do better than the resources I
had been using in my previous jobs in production and design related
fields. All I wanted was the opportunity to be great… Of
course, my whole perspective began to shift as I realized I was going
to have to find the Clients to work for first. That hadn’t
occurred to me. I was a designer, and I didn’t know the first
thing about sales."
"Being in business is different from simply
providing a service or product. I’m sensitive to the needs
of emerging and growing businesses. My own experience of building
a business has made me much more aware of the issues facing small
to mid-sized businesses. Reaching prospects, maintaining and developing
customers, expanding a presence in the marketplace…all of
these efforts require an intentional and consistent approach.
As much as we wish things would stay the same, the only constant
in business is change. What Three D Solutions strives to do, is offer
the creative & marketing support so critical to business success
today.”
Today Dinah continues to grow along with Three D Solutions. She contends, “owning
a business is the most expensive business education you can get -
but nothing beats the hands on experience, and your own bottom line
is a great motivator!”
